Tai Chi Classes The full Tai Chi form is taught along with Qigong and sticking hands. The full 66 posture form takes about two and a half years to learn and then a life time to reach perfection.

Private Tuition I come to you. Like the classes you are taught the full form along with Qigong and sticking hands. This options is useful if you cannot get to classes at the scheduled times. You can schedule your sessions as often as you need to.  

Tai Chi @ Home A bespoke 15 minute morning exercise routine based on Tai Chi principles. You are up and running after the initial one-to-one consultation-training session. Easy to fit into your schedule and offers you all the benefits of regular Tai Chi practice. 

The benefits, at first, will appear as improvements in your overall physical condition and strength. The long-term benefits such as improved flexibility, lower levels of stress and the impact on many age related conditions is slowly being recognised. Medical research is emerging on the tangible benefits of Tai Chi, for example:
