Workshop Calendar

2019 Saturday Workshops:
Saturday workshops are aimed at going into further depth on different important aspects of Tai Chi that we do not have time for in the ordinary course of class. One of the most important of these is the breathing technique, how to use the diaphragm and allow the stomach to be relaxed so the diaphragm can extend to its fullest on the in-breath and contract fully to expel all the air on the out breath. This is key in generating coherence of the heart, lungs and internal organs which is a very important internal process created when you do Tai Chi. Most the the 2019 workshops will to a lesser or greater extent focus on this aspect so students can further develop their breathing skills and developing their energy flow throughout the form.
